“We were blown away by the response after we announced the festival would be returning this year,” said Adam Epstein, President and CEO of Innovations Arts and Entertainment. “We have seen that people are ready to celebrate live music once again and we can’t wait to safely welcome everyone back to Martha’s Vineyard for three incredible nights of music.”

Beach Road Weekend “350” is produced by the Martha’s Vineyard Concert Series with support from Innovation Arts & Entertainment. All profits from the event will go towards supporting the Friends of the MV Concert Series, an island-based non-profit organization set up to support and enhance the live music landscape on Martha’s Vineyard. The Beach Road Weekend music festival launched in 2019, but had to be postponed in 2020 due to the pandemic. Now the festival has been reimagined to celebrate the 350th Anniversary of the founding of the Town of Tisbury, with three live shows in July.

After a decade of creative partnership between singer/guitarist Susan Tedeschi and her husband, guitarist Derek Trucks, the GRAMMY-winning Tedeschi Trucks Band carries a distinguished reputation earned from both audiences and critics as one of the premier live bands in the world.

Embracing improvisation over convention, the collective is adept at exploring almost any musical territory, and paying homage to an extensive canon of influences. The genuine respect within its ranks is evident on stage. Trucks’ masterful guitar skills and Tedeschi’s soaring vocals and bluesy guitar shine, but don’t overpower the breadth of talent, happily yielding the spotlight as needed in service of what the song deserves.

As circumstances currently prevent the 12-piece ensemble from touring safely, the group returns as Tedeschi Trucks as a nod to their band members back at home. With 4-8 band members slated to appear, these Fireside Live special shows were inspired by their very successful at-home online performance series from earlier this year. Any time, anywhere this musical family gathers it is an opportunity to witness something rare, deep, and powerful.

moe. is treasured for their mesmerizing musical synergy, unfettered showmanship, and smart, resonant songcraft. For three decades, the band has corralled myriad musical forms on a truly original journey rich with crafty, clever songwriting and astonishing resourcefulness. Fueled by an impassioned fan base, moe. has spent much of those thirty years on the road, encompassing countless live performances marked by eclectic wit, deep friendship, and exploratory invention. Having built an enduring legacy with hard work and a confirmed commitment to creativity and community, moe. seems as surprised as anyone to find themselves at such a significant landmark.

Impossible to pigeonhole as anything other than simply moe., this one-of-a-kind band has never been easily categorized, their sonic adventurousness and tongue-in-cheek humor distinctly and undeniably their own.

Beach Road Weekend “350” will take place Friday, July 23 with moe. and Saturday, July 24 and Sunday July 25 with Tedeschi Trucks Fireside Live in concert at Veterans Memorial Park in Vineyard Haven. Tickets will be available Friday, May 21 at
