NEW YORK—January 2017—In collaboration with legendary American band the Grateful Dead, D’Angelico Guitars will be unveiling their all new custom Grateful Dead DC model at the 2017 NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA. Featuring the iconic red, white and blue lightning bolt as a custom finish, and a custom “Steal Your Face” headstock logo, the Grateful Dead DC pays true homage to the band’s legendary aesthetic.

After the success of their partnership during 2015’s “Fare Thee Well” tour that saw the auctioning of a guitar signed by the band selling for more than $500,000, D’Angelico and Grateful Dead have partnered again to provide a stand-out instrument to some of music’s most devoted fans.

The Grateful Dead DC is a 16-inch-wide double-cutaway semi-hollow electric guitar designed for fans and serious players alike—as both the ultimate collector’s item and an instrument with exceptional playability. Featuring D’Angelico humbuckers, a slim C-shape neck, the Grateful Dead DC boasts remarkable tone and comfort.

Available in March at dealers around the world. MAP $999.
