This past weekend, Colorado’s experimental rock and jam band, The String Cheese Incident was featured on CBS News Sunday Morning in the piece titled Red Rocks: Nature’s Perfect Music Stage.
The String Cheese Incident has performed at Red Rocks 45 times, making them one of Its most frequent performers, CBS said.
Keith Moseley (bass, vocals) and Bill Nershi (guitar, vocals) spoke with CBS about playing the venue: “The intensity at Red Rocks is different,” Moseley says. “The energy gets funneled down from the crowd to the stage…you walk out onto the stage and you look and it’s everybody – just a wall of people above you” adds Nershi.
This, and so much more is what makes this venue “nature’s perfect stage.”
