Last week, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong released the studio version of “Dawn A New Day” via a lyric video alongside an initial partnership with Backline. To more formally radiate their mission of positivity into the world, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong are pleased to announce the Dawn A New Day Foundation which will provide the band and their ever-growing community an opportunity to make a positive change in the world.
“The mission of our music is to radiate positivity and spread joy, which is what Dawn A New Day Foundation is all about,” Pigeons singer and guitarist Greg Ormont shares. “We hope to channel that warm and fuzzy feeling and build toward a brighter future with the help of The Flock. There’s nothing more rewarding than radiating the kind of positivity you want to see in the world and then watching it ripple beyond you.”
Through donating $1 from every ticket sale during their 2020 tour, fan donations or a variety of other fundraising efforts to come, the Dawn A New Day Foundation aims to raise funds and awareness for charitable organizations that are important to the band and the community that supports them. Most significantly, these organizations will all aim to effect a positive change in the world in a variety of different ways.
