moe. is excited to announce that moe.down 15 will take place over Labor Day Weekend, August 29, 30 & 31, at Snow Ridge Ski Resort in Turin, NY, for three days of music, camping and fun, with moe. scheduled to play six sets over the entire weekend.
Snow Ridge is the same place moe.down has been held for thirteen of its fifteen years. First round bands in this year’s announcement include O.A.R., Lotus, Les Claypool’s Duo De Twang, Soulive, Twiddle, and Aqueous.

Of all the festivals that have been written about and announced over the last six weeks, very few can claim they are in their fifteenth year. moe.down 15, hosted by moe. and promoted by Chuck Chao of Eastern Artist Productions, has been a partnership for fifteen years. moe. manager Jon Topper described moe.down as a family affair: “It’s a time to relax with your friends and family. We never set out to overload people like other festivals. We have two stages and roughly 17 bands over the weekend. We leave plenty of time for people to chill at their campsites with their friends. Every year, we have a kids tent where we teach the kids a chorus to a moe.song and then parade all the kids on stage in the afternoon to join the band during the song. I am very proud of our festival. We work hard on keeping the ticket price low compared to most festivals. We consider upstate New York our home, and even though we do not all live in the state anymore we are all New Yorkers.”
