Chillicothe, IL (May 24, 2013) — Last Friday at Summer Camp Music Festival, bass guru and “Artist at Large” Victor Wooten (Bela Fleck & The Flecktones) joined Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk for a first-time collaboration on the Starshine Stage, adding a third bass to the band’s already filthy low end on their post-Katrina hit “Meanwhile…” (Listen Hear, 2007).
This was a festival highlight for the weekend and a must-see collaboration for any fan of live, funky music and the city of New Orleans.
