Bear Creek Music & Arts Festival Unveils 2012 Lineup

As the 16th Annual Suwannee Springfest kicks off at the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL, Big IV Productions is pleased to announce the lineup for the 2012 Bear Creek Music & Art Festival. Umphrey’s McGee tops the bill and is one of many artists performing two full shows over the weekend. Joining Umphrey’s is Soulive, Lotus, Lettuce (two shows), The Budos Band, Perpetual Groove (two shows), Bobby Rush, March 4th Marching Band (two shows), Break Science, Digital Tape Machine and more than 25 additional artists. Weekend Passes provide entry into the festival Friday – Sunday and Thursday Night Passes and VIP upgrades are also available. Beginning March 22 until June 2, Weekend Passes are priced at $130 and Thursday Night Passes are only $40 so act fast to save money. On June 3, prices will increase incrementally as the festival approaches. All Weekend Passes include camping, taxes, and all fees. Bear Creek is also excited to be hosting a Poster Contest where artists of any kind are invited to participate. The winner will receive $1000 cash plus 2 VIP passes ($800 value) to Bear Creek 2012. All submissions must be received by email by the new, extended deadline of May 15 (high resolution jpg, please) to info@bearcreekmusicfestival.com.

Contest requirements are simple: The poster must include a bear in some form plus the festival information: Bear Creek Music and Art Festival- November 8-11, 2012- Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park-Live Oak, Fl. The winning poster will be used on official festival merchandise including t-shirts, sweatshirts and posters. Non-winning posters may be used for promotional purposes.
