(New York, NY) – The Wood Brothers have announced the second leg of their North American Tour in support of their 2011 record Smoke Ring Halo, which was the #1 Most Added Album on Americana Radio this past week and debuted this week at number 32 on the AMA Americana Airplay Chart. The second leg of their tour will kick off in Chicago, IL on March 8 and continue through March 24, ending in Connecticut after a northeastern string of shows. Tour dates are listed below.
The brothers are set to release their latest EP, Live, Volume 1: Sky High on the Southern Ground Artists label. The 7-track CD was recorded live during their Fall tour and features songs from the provocative and charming Smoke Ring Halo, along with tunes from their first record, Ways Not To Lose, plus a Mississippi John Hurt gem, “Pay Day”.
