The Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band Announces Fall Headlining Tour

July 18th, 2011-Los Angeles, CA- The name might just be the best description of the band’s sound, a hybrid of roots blues, country and punk-rock intensity, The Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band might be one of the wildest acts to play any stage. The Big Damn Band has forged their legacy on the road, averaging more than 250 shows a year. After highly successful tours in Europe, Canada and throughout the United States the band is announcing a West Coast headlining tour tapping Austin Lucas and The Bold Party as support.

The dates will kick off on Friday September 2nd with a return to the Rib America Fest in Indianapolis, IN and will include stops in Colorado at the Telluride Blues and Brews Fest and at Riot Fest in Chicago to support Social Distortion. The Big Damn Band will be heading across the Atlantic for a 4 week tour of Europe beginning October 19 including dates in Paris, London, Brussels, Munich, Vienna & more.

The Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band will be supporting their latest release “Peyton on Patton” which is a tribute to the legendary Delta Bluesman Charley Patton. Peyton on Patton will be in stores everywhere tomorrow, July 19th, 2011 and the band will be playing FREE shows in Indianapolis (Indy CD and Vinyl) and Cincinnati (Shake It Records) for fans that can’t wait for the fall headlining run.
