On 4/29, Hurray for the Riff Raff made their late night TV debut on Conan, performing “I Know It’s Wrong (But That’s Alright)” from their album ‘Small Town Heroes’ (ATO Records) and on June 26, they will return to late night to play the Late Show with David Letterman.

This weekend, the band returns home to New Orleans to play Jazzfest, kicking off a festival season that also includes slots at BottleRock (5/30), Forecastle (7/19), Newport Folk Fest (7/27), and more. And on August 2nd, the band will play a free show at NYC’s Central Park Summerstage alongside New Orleans legend Dr. John. See upcoming tour dates below.

Since its release in February, the band’s ATO Records debut ‘Small Town Heroes’ has been hailed in the NY Times (“a scrapbook of wandering and loss”), Rolling Stone (“Pete Seeger via Ani DiFranco”), and NPR All Things Considered (“the voice of the future”). They appeared on the cover of American Songwriter, earned a full-page photo in the New Yorker, and sold out headlining shows this past month in NYC, LA, and more.
